- To bring together research centres and specialists conducting R&D on second-generation bio-fuel production technologies and projects, in order to put them in touch with public actors in ministries of energy, agriculture, environment, and industry, and in private enterprises, for the purpose of disseminating their experiences and favouring new projects.
