REFLECTIONS ON ENERGY EFFICIENCY - OLADE

• Some of the countries in Latin America and the Caribbean started Energy Efficiency actions and programs in the eighties.  As for the countries that are recently initiating this process, it became clear that the gap marked by the learning curve can be reduced by sharing successful experiences.

• The State’s investment in Energy Efficiency has a multiplying effect in benefit of the population.

These were some of the affirmations highlighted during the I Latin American and Caribbean Energy Efficiency Seminar, during which experts recognized in OLADE the natural forum for promoting Energy Efficiency in Latin America and the Caribbean.
